1. Class Bookings & Payments
We may collect the following types of personal information :
All classes must be booked in advance via our website, mobile app, or approved booking platform.
Payment is required at the time of booking.
Fitesque accepts major credit/debit cards. All transactions are processed securely.
Prices are listed in AUD and may be subject to change with notice

You may cancel a class up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty
Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the session or may incur a fee (see pricing policy).
For events, workshops, or special classes, a 24- or 48-hour cancellation window may apply.
3. Studio Etiquette & Code of Conduct
We aim to create a safe, inclusive, and empowering space. To maintain this:
Arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins.
Late entry may not be permitted to avoid disruption
Wear appropriate fitness attire and bring a water bottle and towel.
Aggressive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal and cancellation of your membership without refund.
4. Health & Safety
You must complete a pre-exercise screening form before attending your first class.
Please inform your instructor of any injuries, health concerns, or limitations
Participation in classes is at your own risk. Fitesque is not liable for injuries sustained during classes unless caused by proven negligence.
You acknowledge that dance and fitness involve physical exertion and consent to participate accordingly.
5. Memberships, Packages & Expiry
Class packs and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless req

Suspensions or extensions may be granted in special circumstances (e.g. medical leave) at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, social media, and within our studio—including branding, choreography, and class formats—is the intellectual property of Fitesque and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission.
7. Photography & Media
Occasionally, we may take photos or videos during classes or events for marketing purposes.
By attending, you consent to the use of your image unless you notify us in writing beforehand.
8. Website & Digital Use
Fitesque adheres to the Australian Consumer Law
Refunds will be provided where required (e.g. major fault or service failure). For change-of-mind, we may offer credit at our discretion.
