How do I cancel my membership?

Once cancelled you will recieve a confirmation email.




Can I watch Fitesque workouts on my TV?


Stream your workout to Apple TV from your mobile device. Check that both the Apple TV and iOS device are on the same Wi-Fi network. On the iOS device, swipe up to reveal the Control Center. Tap the “AirPlay Mirroring” button to stream. You can also select the airplay icon from the workout video player.

Internet browsing may be available on your smart tv. Please check your TV manufacturers details for connecting your TV to the internet.




I didnt recieve a confirmation email


After signing up for a Fitesque membership you will receive a confirmation email for your order.

When signing up by Facebook or Google, your confirmation email will be sent to the email address linked to that account. Please ensure you check the correct email associated to these accounts.

We recommend checking your junk, spam or promotions folder incase the email has been automatically sent to these folders.

I'm having trouble signing in


When signing up for a Fitesque membership you are required to login using Facebook, Gmail or email address.

Please ensure you are using the same method to sign in each time, as changing options may not recognize you as a member.

If you have forgotten your password, please follow the ‘Forgot my password’ prompts and a reset link will be emailed to the account linked to your membership.
